About Me
I'm Jackson. I run @outdoorjackson, one of the largest outdoor gear accounts on social media.
I'm a gear nerd at heart. I've spent years digging into the outdoor market, testing gear from the biggest brands, breaking down what actually makes something worth buying, and sharing it with an audience that's grown to 400K+ followers.
Two years ago, I started building Tula (short for Tarantula) with the goal of making high-quality outdoor apparel at fair prices. After years of failed samples, I've finally created products that I'm proud to share with the world.
Now I get to do both: help people find great gear, and build some of it myself.
